FOOD FOR THOUGHT.
The BMW i3 Spaghetti Car was originally designed for the Rencontres d'Arles Festival of Photography earlier this year where it was a standout piece of TOILETPAPER’S ‘Horse Cadre/Out of Context’ Exhibition.
Vincent Salimon, CEO of BMW Group France was ecstatic about the opportunity to showcase BMW’s commitment to art as well as the chance to raise money for a great cause. Salimon, speaking on the night, said: “The donation of this unique work for the Foundation's annual charity gala in Saint-Tropez reflects once again the company's culture: daring, innovating, creating in complete freedom, in a responsible and sustainable spirit.”
HOLLYWOOD'S BEST, IN SUPPORT.
The star-studded event took place for the fourth year and once again brought together some of the world’s best-known faces. The LDF event was attended by stars from across the globe, including: Penelope Cruz, Tom Hanks and Cate Blanchett. Even Prince Albert of Monaco helped to organise the event. The night also included surprise performances from Madonna and Lenny Kravitz too.
