To celebrate its launch, the BMW X2 made its way up into the Austrian alps and took part in Snowbombing 2018 (SB18).

Known as the world’s greatest show on snow, SB18 was host to over 100 acts, with the likes of Liam Gallagher, Dizzee Rascal and Craig David performing. And with its spectacular views, it was the perfect place to show off the BMW X2’s daring new features.

However, before the mountain festivities got into full swing, there was also a two-day ‘Going for Gold’ road trip, which spanned five countries and was led by brand new Galvanic Gold BMW X2s. The convoy, which arrived in plenty of style on 8 April, also included over 100 cars, competition winners, and artists.

Over the next five days, festival-goers were treated to a concierge service to and from the cable cars, and a chance to check out the BMW X2. Check out the highlights below.
